MANY colleges in the U.S. have remained SAT/ACT optional. This LINK will give you a list of institutions who are not requiring these college entrance exams for this upcoming application year and beyond.

The SAT is a multiple-choice, pencil and paper test created and administered by the CollegeBoard.  The purpose of the SAT is to measure a high school student's readiness for college, and provide colleges with one common data point that can be used to compare all applicants.  It tests your knowledge of critical reading, writing and math.
