Welcome to the Lighthouse Cafe!
The Cafe is run by students enrolled in the Culinary Arts program at Silver Lake Regional High School. This program provides training in the techniques of food preparation and dining room service, thus ensuring that the students will gain the knowledge and skills necessary to have a successful career in the food service industry. Please remember that the Cafe is a learning environment. We greatly appreciate your support!
Hours Open
WEDNESDAY 9:30am - 12:30pm for coffee, tea, iced coffee, soda, and bakery items
THURSDAY and FRIDAY 9:00am - 12:30pm for Lunch Service (dine in and take out), hot and cold beverages, and bakery items
