Our Assistant Superintendent

Ryan Lynch 

Mr. Lynch is the Assistant Superintendent for Silver Lake Regional School District and Superintendency Union #31. As Assistant Superintendent, Mr. Lynch's primary focus areas are curriculum, instructon, and assessment.

Mr. Lynch also serves as:

• Civil Rights Coordinator
• Title IX/Grievance Coordinator
•  ELL Coordinator
• ADA Compliance Officer

Prior to joining Silver Lake, Mr. Lynch served as an ELA teacher, ELA Department Head, and as a middle school principal. 

Mr. Lynch became an educator because he believes schools can change the direction of students' lives. Alongside other educators, Mr. Lynch works with the goal that every student should attend a school where they will be cared for by the staff and their classmates, and be challenged to become the best version of themselves.
