CORI Background Checks
All volunteers who will have any contact with students are required to complete an authorization form for a CORI background check. CORI checks are good for three years. If you have not completed an authorization form specifically for Silver Lake Middle School, please bring a picture ID to the office and a staff member will assist you.

School Store  

The PTO School Store cart is open Tuesday and Thursday during all lunch periods which run from 10:35 am to 12:11 pm. They carry many school supplies that students may need and new items are continually added based on student and teacher requests.
